Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Arrival after 15 minutes of appointment start time will result in a reschedule.
Any no-call, no-show are subject to a no-call, no-show fee amounting to the total cost of the scheduled service. Repeated no-call, no-show will result in loss of future appointments.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.
