SPF & Vitamin A+C

I have people who often ask me,

"What are the most effective and efficient product(s) to use for best results?"

First of all, everyone has their own unique skin and one size is not going to fit all.

As a general rule of thumb, I would always recommend to look into these active ingredients:

Vitamin A: Increases cell turnover to prevent formation of acne, fine lines and wrinkles.

  • Cons: Low quality Vitamin A can thin your skin and increases skin sensitivities.

Vitamin C: Source of antioxidant to neutralise effect of free radicals while it lightens hyper pigmentation.

  • Cons: Low quality of Vitamin C can irritate the skin.

SPF: Protect your skin from the sun to prevent sun damage, hyper-pigmentation and lower risk of skin cancer.

  • Cons: Some SPF can leave a white cast on the skin, especially if they are a mineral base (Zinc Oxide & Titanium Dioxide)
